How do I get started?

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes! Coaching sessions are held virtually via a HIPAA secure platform, so you can join from anywhere in the world. If you are local to San Diego I can also meet in person.

How often do sessions take place?

Most clients meet weekly or bi-weekly, depending on their goals and coaching plan. We’ll decide what cadence works best for you.

How long is each session?

Depending on your tailored coaching package I offer either 30 or 50 min sessions.

Is coaching confidential?

Absolutely. I follow HIPAA practices to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and privacy for my clients. This includes information shared by clients verbally and nonverbally, in person and virtually.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes — I offer flexible payment options for coaching packages to make support accessible and stress-free.

What’s your cancellation policy?

I ask for 24-hour notice for any rescheduling.
